What does it mean when I get an error message when booking?

How much does membership cost?
Becoming a PrivéPass member is completely FREE. All it takes is for you to create an account either through your Facebook login or your email.
Why do I have to become a member?
By having members-only access, we are able to provide exclusive rates for each experience that can't be offered to the general public.
Can I become a member and book if I live outside Thailand, Hong Kong or Singapore?
Absolutely. No matter where in the world you live, you can become a PrivéPass member. We happily accept international credit cards.
How do I know if my personal information is safe in my account?
The safety of your credit card and personal information is our highest priority. We do not share, sell or otherwise use your personal information without your permission, except when required by law or any legal process. We use the utmost care and security with any information in your account and will not use this information in ways to which you have not consented. We also never take credit card information over the phone, via e-mail or through any other direct form of contact. We require you to personally enter your credit card information when making a purchase and show only the last 4 digits of the card stored on your account. We can never charge your card without your explicit permission to do so.
How does payment work?
All reservations are prepaid in full and are nonrefundable. We accept most major credit cards, including many international cards. We also accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers. If you have any questions about payment, please email contact email@example.com
What taxes and fees are included in each purchase?
We do our best to include all the mandatory taxes and fees charged by each property in the final price for each PrivéPass Getaway. However, if there are any fees that are not included, we will be sure to note these in the Details tab.
Can I gift a PrivéPass experience or book on behalf of a friend?
Absolutely. You can either book it under your account and change the traveler's name right after you make your purchase on PrivéPass, or you can purchase a gift card for your friend.
Do I need to bring anything with me in order to check in?
We suggest bringing a copy of your voucher to eliminate any potential check-in issues.
Do I need to have the same credit card with me at check-in that I used to make my PrivéPass reservation?
No. The hotel will require a valid photo ID and any valid credit card in order to check in, not necessarily the one used for purchase on Privépass.
What should I do if the hotel has problems locating my reservation?
If the hotel is unable to locate your reservation and supplier confirmation number for any reason, please call support at +662-637-7991 or +6688-7514662 and we will resolve any miscommunications.
